Our History
"What would happen if the Lord raised 5,000 willing harvesters, each committed to sharing the Kingdom of God with just five people every month for two years?"
You might ask, "Why 5000? Why not 10,000 or 45,000?" Well, we did discuss this in one of our meetings, and the answer came from the vision shared by Pastor Peter Kumar.
After a wonderful service with our friends at GBI (Gereja Bethel Indonesia Toronto)—led by Senior Pastors Ferdy Tjahjadi and Mailina Kurniawan, and Associate Leaders Nanda Kuswanto and Maureen Usman—Pastor Kumar came to our table and simply said:
"What if 5000 willing harvesters would be willing to share the Kingdom of God with 5 people each month for 2 years? What would happen?"
And then he walked away. That question never left me.
It reminded me of how Jesus fed 5000, and how Moses instructed Israel to gather manna each day—but when they picked more than they needed, it went bad. There's power in the number 5000, and the vision is clear: 5000 it is.
Think about it:
- 5000 in Ontario
- 5000 in Quebec
- 5000 in Florida
- 5000 in Italy, Ireland, France, China, Vietnam, the Philippines... and on and on.

Our Vision
We see Jesus at the center of a world nourished by love. Through 5000 Willing Harvesters, we respond to God's call to spread His Kingdom. By empowering believers to share His message with just five people each month, we aim to launch a global tidal wave of love, restoration, and ongoing transformation that flows across generations.
Our Mission
Our mission is to actively partner with God in building His Kingdom by planting seeds of faith, watering them with love and truth, and harvesting the crop of souls ready to receive Christ. We are committed to sharing the gospel, encouraging believers in their faith, and walking alongside them as they grow stronger in Christ. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we practice the signs that follow us in Mark 16:17-18—healing the sick, casting out demons, and demonstrating God’s miraculous power in the world today. Together, we seek to bring hope, healing, and the message of Jesus to every corner of the earth.
Our Goal
- Build teams that understand and teach this concept of ministry.
- Develop an app to connect activities, build enthusiasm, and encourage monthly participation.
- Share short testimonies on our website, highlighting the five key activities we focus on.
- Create another platform to involve children and encourage them to share their faith.
- Engage new believers with the 5000 Willing Harvesters concept, guiding them toward discipleship and growth, and directing them to churches already embracing this vision.
